Captain Jacob runs a 2016 Hells Bay Biscayne poling skiff. It can accomadate two anglers and captain total. This is one of the smoothest and driest riding skiffs on the market. The front casting platform made by Marquesa Marine with a safety cage allows anglers of all ages and skill levels to be able to comfortably fish if conditions get rough.
